  • Is Triforce for all fitness levels?

    Everyone can exercise with a kettlebell, and when you join TriForce you get access to our beginner kettlebell programme, a mobility coaching course and detailed videos to show you how to do kettlebell movements properly.

  • Do I need to go to a gym to do triforce?

    You can take on a TriForce challenge anywhere. With TriForce you get the coaching, the purpose and the motivation without the intimidation or inconvenience of a gym.

  • what kit do i need for triforce?

    All you need is a Kettlebell.
    As a guide 8kg is a good place to start for most women and 12kg for men. Most of the TriForce challenges are based on 8kg/12kg for novice, 12kg/20kg for intermediate and 20/28kg for women and men respectively. Some workouts and challenges require two kettlebells of the same weight. All TriForce members get a discount on the best kettlebells in the UK.

  • do i have to compete with anyone?

    TriForce isn’t a competition because it’s all about you improving on you. Forget comparison and focus on the challenges we set to enjoy seeing your health, fitness and strength improve.

  • what happens if i can't do a challenge?

    If you can’t do one of the challenges or struggle to perform any movements, then we are here to help. TriForce has been designed by experienced coaches who are here to help you. Get in contact with us and we’ll help you remove any weaknesses and build your best strength.

  • how do i access the coaching videos?

    Once you sign up you get access to the TriForce member zone where you can see the monthly challenges, kettlebell exercise programmes and you can update your result on the TriForce scoreboard. All videos are accessed from the members zone.
