  • Everyone can exercise with a kettlebell, and when you join TriForce you get access to our beginner kettlebell programme, a mobility coaching course and detailed videos to show you how to do kettlebell movements properly.

  • You don’t need to go to a gym. You just need a kettlebell. At home. At the office. At school. At a park. You can take on a TriForce challenge anywhere. With TriForce you get the coaching, the purpose and the motivation without the intimidation or inconvenience of a gym.

  • All you need is a Kettlebell.
    As a guide 8kg is a good place to start for most women and 12kg for men. Most of the TriForce challenges are based on 8kg/12kg for novice, 12kg/20kg for intermediate and 20/28kg for women and men respectively. Some workouts and challenges require two kettlebells of the same weight. All TriForce members get a discount on the best kettlebells in the UK.

  • TriForce isn’t a competition because it’s all about you improving on you. Forget comparison and focus on the challenges we set to enjoy seeing your health, fitness and strength improve.

  • If you can’t do one of the challenges or struggle to perform any movements, then we are here to help. TriForce has been designed by experienced coaches who are here to help you. Get in contact with us and we’ll help you remove any weaknesses and build your best strength.

  • Once you sign up you get access to the TriForce member zone where you can see the monthly challenges, kettlebell exercise programmes and you can update your result on the TriForce scoreboard. All videos are accessed from the members zone.

how do you use triforce

TriForce is an open resource of kettlebell programmes. Currently there are 8 different styles of workout:

Within each of those sections there are a number of high quality exercise demo videos and ideas of different workouts you can do using those exercises.

At sign up you will get guidance over the first 4 weeks on where to start with the programmes based on your goals and experience, what Kettlebells to use, and how to make the most of the mobility section.

Ongoing we will share ideas on suitable weekly routines using the available workout plans each month based on the monthly challenge.

It uses a responsive website rather than an app, so works well on any device. 

We've very much focused on delivering the most effective, creative and useful kettlebell training we've experienced to give the TriForce community the best real world fitness in the simplest way. 

The TriForce challenges and Scoreboard helps everyone focus on their own progress, rather than external comparisons or competition. In that way TriForce becomes a really positive purpose and motivation for more people to enjoy their exercise in a sustainable way, see better results and experience less pain/injuries.
